At our company, we mainly deal in the execution of contract work, leasing and hiring of foreign employees – these are most commonly employees from Belarus and the Ukraine. We look for employees who strictly conform to your requirements. Our company specialises in welding work; we currently have PCA-certified employees for welding work, such as: flame cutters, torch operators, assembly specialists, welders, grinders, sanders, painters currently executing contracts in the shipbuilding industry, e. g.: welding, removal and application of corrosion protection; and in the railway industry: repairs of structures and replacement of outer skins of railway cars. We provide disassembly work of steel structures.
As part of the contracted work or employee leasing, we offer recruitment and bringing employees to Poland, and take over all employer obligations. Our work spans e. g. drawing up documents, translations, legalisation of stay, ordering necessary medical examinations and training courses.
We are currently providing personnel solutions for a range of areas of the economy, however, our primary focus are shipbuilding and railway industry workers, construction workers as well as workers for warehousing, production, services and the industry. We offer a high level of quality.
